The one rule that makes SculptAI different: the code decides every outcome, and the AI only tells the story. Inheritance, resources, discovery, and collapse are all computed, never invented by an AI. The AI writes the names, the myths, and the chronicle around those results. So the world always makes sense, and it still surprises you.
